Every idea and project comes with a specific set of needs. To understand these needs and the end goal of the project, I start by getting to know each of my clients and learn their goals, followed by a deep dive into their industry and competitors.
Ideate
When I am armed with everything I need to know, I then begin the ideation phase which involves sourcing inspiration and creating a mood board of visuals, colours, and fonts to use as a guiding star for the project.
Concept
When the direction of the project has been decided, I start conceptualizing ideas on paper with rough sketches and/or preliminary vector or painted thumbnails.
Refine
Attention to detail is paramount as the final concept(s) come to life and are revised and refined for final approval.
Implement
The project is now ready for finalization. I will provide high res print files, liaise with printers if needed and optimized web files for implementation for the required channels and/or platforms.
